The Calgary Airport needed to expand their fuel storage facilities at the Airport and FMI was awarded the construction of the new #4 tank as part of the tank farm expansion project. FMI completed the tank construction from the floor up, including nozzles, internal piping, external stairs and hydro testing of the tank. Tank #4 is a 67 foot diameter, 48 foot high steel tank that has a capacity of over 1.26 Million US gallons of fuel.
