Located in 118 km west of Slave Lake, Alberta, work on this project included the civil, structural and electrical installation of the new 144/25kV High Prairie Substation as well as salvaging the existing substaion.

Work also consisted of upgrades to the exisiting Triangle Substation, Sturgeon Substation and Little Smokey Substation.
