Founded in 2008 under FMI, the Special Projects Division specializes in commercial store retrofit, national roll-out programs, renovations, petroleum installations, tenant improvements and new builds across the country.

They are a dedicated team of contractors with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude to help leading brands throughout Canada and the U.S. to reinvent and expand into new markets. Their intention is to make unique and complex projects simple for their clients, with proactive, solutions-orientated contracting. All while conducting business with the highest safety, quality and professionalism.
